How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on the product. Some of our items are manufactured and shipped from within the United States, while others are produced overseas. Because of this, delivery timeframes can differ from product to product. We are actively working to transition all of our products to U.S.-based manufacturing and fulfillment to ensure faster and more consistent shipping for our customers.
How long does it take to get a response from email or chat?
We respond to all emails and chat messages as quickly as possible. Response times typically do not exceed 3 business days. If you have not received a response by the third business day, please reach out to us again, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer promotions or special rewards for customers?
We truly appreciate our customers, and as a thank-you for your purchase, you may receive a follow-up email that includes promotional offers such as discount codes, free shipping, or a combination of both. In addition, we will soon be launching a subscription program that provides free shipping and exclusive, substantial discounts on multiple products for a low monthly fee.
